For over 25 years Norman has served on boards of numerous corporations and lead in executive-level positions from General Manager, to Chief Operating Officer and President. His oversight as well as hands-on experience in organizational management, sales & marketing, finance, and international commerce has given him the knowledge and ability to consult with leaders and business owners. While fluent in Japanese, Norman has traveled extensively throughout Asia for business and ministry.

While he was President of an organizational management/behavioral analysis firm, he became an expert in human behavior and how it applies to the work environment. Norman’s leadership approach and ability to motivate and help others to achieve maximum potential stems from years of experience involving the human analysis. He served on staff in a Christian church in Hawaii for 9 years, teaching, mentoring, counseling, and inspiring individuals to be their best. With a broad range of experiences: from construction to import/export; from real estate to human resources; from golf/resort management to financial advisor; Norman harnesses a very unique understanding of the co-existence and balance of a spiritual life committed to Christ with the demands of the workplace.

The son of a career army veteran, Norman was born in Tokyo, Japan. Military life is not without its share of travel, so they followed Dad. They left Japan and was stationed in Presidio, CA. From there they traveled to Fort Bragg, N.C., and finally to Okinawa. It was there in Okinawa that Norman met Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. Norman committed his life to Christ on April 8, 1971. He is a firm believer in strong family values and has been married to his wife Hilda, since 1979.
